LOTS OF COMPANIES SAY THEY CHANGED THE WORLD. BUT NORTHROP GRUMMAN IS ONE OF THE RARE FEW THAT ACTUALLY HAS. THEY CREATED THE LUNAR MODULE THAT PUT NEIL ARMSTRONG ON THE MOON, THEY BUILT A TELESCOPE 100x BETTER THAN HUBBLE, THEY ARE WORKING ON THE "IRON MAN" SUIT.

We had the pleasure of working with director Bram Coppens, he had such clarity of vision and tight shoot boards and also happens to be a nice guy. And as an art director, I loved that he understood that we didn’t want a pretty film (it’s beautiful but it’s not pretty, you know what I mean).

The campaign launched as the opening video at the annual leadership meeting.

So we were thrilled when the new president of Aerospace Systems asked us to help him bring his vision for his sector to life.
He wanted everyone to feel that they belonged to something truly great.

We came up with a name, a tagline and a manifesto, all to define the unique traits of the incredible employees of Northrop Grumman.

To help spread the word, we renamed and redesigned their internal print magazine, as well as created an ipad version of the magazine featuring video and interactive content.

AFTER A YEAR OF INCREDIBLE WINS, THE LEADERSHIP AT NORTHROP GRUMMAN WANTED TO CONVEY THEIR APPRECIATION TO THE EMPLOYEES FOR ALL OF THEIR SACRIFICES THAT MADE THAT SUCCESS HAPPEN.
BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND THAT "GREATNESS ISN'T EASY."

I also have to mention how great the production team of Cavier was, one of the more enjoyable shoots I've ever been on.

And first time working with a rain truck!
